David is a senior executive with 40 years of experience in outsourcing, consulting and entrepreneurial business. He has worked with start-up technology companies all the way to large global technology companies. His primary focus is in strategy, product and services development, implementation, operations, sales, marketing, scalability and on-going sustainability.

He is skilled in working in complex environments where there are multiple partners involved in the process. He gained his experience in selling, deal making, executive management and running large operations with companies such as Accenture, BearingPoint, TPI/ISG, Perot Systems and SHL Systemhouse. He has spent the last 12 years consulting to large technology companies and leading technology startup companies. He was the Past Chairman of the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA).

Karl has over 35 years of experience in the areas of software development, systems design, software performance, complex application architectures and integration. He holds certifications across AWS, Azure and IBM cloud and is skilled in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies.

He has worked extensively with customers worldwide in the domains of eCommerce, Order Management, Customer Analytics, Electronic Payments, Application Modernization and Cloud migrations, assisting clients successfully grow and transform their business.

Karl was with IBM for 30 years serving in many roles such as the Chief Architect for the Global Consumer Industry, and as the CTO for the Retail Industry within IBM’s Systems and Technology Group. Karl has co-authored over twenty-five software patents and was recognized by IBM as a Master Inventor.
